Day 12 Days Beijing Private Tour with Tianjin Port Transfers

When your cruise ship arrives, walk through the arrival hall towards the exit.  There, you'll find your driver waiting for you, holding a sign with your name. Then drive directly to the Mutianyu Great Wall in Beijing (260km, about 3.5-4 hours).  Have lunch nearby the wall then visit Mutianyu Great Wall afterwards. Mutianyu Great Wall was built some 1400 years ago in the Northern Qi Dynasty and later rebuilt during the Ming Dynasty in the 16th century.  Along this section's 2250-meter span, 22 battlements were built at regular intervals. It is connected with Juyongguan Pass in the west and Gubeikou Gateway in the east. The Mutianyu area is surrounded by high mountains and vegetation rate reaches more than 80 percent.  Unlike other sections, Mutianyu area has beautiful landscape all the year round.  After the Great Wall, drive to your hotel in Beijing and have a good rest.

Day 22 Days Beijing Private Tour with Tianjin Port Transfers

8:00am Pick up in the hotel lobby and drive to the Tian’anmen Square. Tian’anmen Square has many significant buildings, such as the Monument to the People’s Heroes, Chairman Mao’s Memorial Hall, the National Museum of China, and the National Congress Hall. Forbidden City was where emperors of the Ming and Qing dynasties handled court business and resided.  A total of 24 emperors ruled the country from here for 600 years (about 3 hours).

12:30- 13:30 Your guide will suggest a good Chinese restaurant for you.  Also you can order delicious Beijing duck if you like (at your own cost).

14:00 After lunch, then visit the Temple of Heaven.  The Temple of Heaven specially served as the altar for emperors in Ming (1368-1644) and Qing dynasties (1644-1911) to make offerings and pray for rains and good harvests.  Covering an area of 2.73 million square meters, the temple is the largest and best-preserved ancient complex for worshipping the heaven god in the world.  After the tour, you will be transfer back to the Tianjin Cruise Port.
