Day 1Private 3-Days Classic Tour with the Great Wall

8:30 Your Beijing guide and driver will pick you up at the hotel lobby and drive to the Tian’anmen Square.

9:30-12:30 Access to the Tian'anmen Square and Forbidden City. It will make a big difference when escorted by an experienced guide.   Forbidden City has 8704 rooms with more than 900,000 cultural and art objects from the collections of emperors in the different dynasties. The experience guide has not only known the place well but also rich knowledge related to Fengshui, architecture, Chinese arts, paintings, and history. We will ensure you do not miss out on the most important places and stories inside the Forbidden City.  (about 3 hours).

13:00-14:00 Have a delicious Beijing local-style lunch in the Chinese restaurant. Then drive to the Temple of Heaven.

14:30-16:00 the Temple of Heaven served Ming (1368-1644) and Qing (1644-1911) emperors as a vast sacred space to perform ceremonial rites on behalf of the Chinese nation.  Here you will not only be amazed by the excellent ancient Chinese architectural skill, but also it is fun to see so many Beijing senior locals unitize this space for social activities such as marriage matching, dancing, and exercising (about 1.5 hours).

16:15-17:00 Explore the Panjiayuan Market by yourself.  Here you can find many new and second-hand oriental curios such as pottery, calligraphy, paintings, furniture, etc (about 45 mins).

17:30 Back to the hotel and ended a wonderful day.

Day 2Private 3-Days Classic Tour with the Great Wall

9:00 After pick up at the hotel lobby, drive to the Summer Palace (about 1 hour drive). Summer Palace, the biggest and best-preserved royal garden in China, is located in the northwest suburbs of Beijing.  Built-in 1750, it is a summer resort where the emperors of the Qing Dynasty enjoyed themselves and ruled China in Summer.  The Summer Palace represents the ultimate achievement in traditional Chinese garden building.  Built on the basis of natural hills and water, it is full of natural beauty as well as the magnificence and splendor of a Chinese royal garden while highly embodying the Chinese garden-building philosophy of “man’s work that looks a natural creation.” (about 1.5 hours)

12:00-13:00 Have delicious Beijing local-style lunch in the Chinese restaurant.  Then drive to the Shichahai Lake Hutong area.

13:30- 16:00 Shichahai Lake -> Skewed Tobacco Pouch Street-> Drum Tower/Bell Tower->Nanluoguxiang Lane
They are all highlights of the Hutong tour. This is the route with numerous former celebrities and imperial officials' mansions, a variety of Beijing local snack food, full of trendy shops, and a lively atmosphere.  If you like, you can also climb to Drum Tower /or Bell Tower to take panorama pictures of Beijing's inner city .  Sitting on a Rickshaw ride (optional, at your own cost)is a fun and relaxing way to tour around those zigzagging and inter-crossing old Hutong, courtyard houses, and local shops.

16:30 Back to the hotel and ended a wonderful day.

Day 3Private 3-Days Classic Tour with the Great Wall

9:00 After pick up at the hotel lobby, drive to the Juyongguan Great Wall (about 1 hour drive).

10:00-12:00 Enjoy the amazing view on the top of the Great Wall. Juyongguan Great Wall is reputed as the “Number One Imposing Pass under Heaven.” Besides its strategic significance, Juyongguan was famous for its charming scenery.  The slopes on both sides of this narrow pass are carpeted by a dense growth of foliage, which used to be one of the eight famous scenic spots in Beijing and known as Juyong die cut (Piled Verdure at Juyong).  As a gateway to Beijing, sheer cliffs sandwich the pass, and the place looks so thrilling that one man alone could keep 10,000 enemy soldiers at bay (about 2 hours) .

12:30-13:30 Have delicious Beijing local-style lunch in the Chinese restaurant.  Then drive to the Ming Tomb.
14:00- 15:00 Take a relaxing walk along the Sacred Way with weeping willow trees on both sides, enjoy the peace and tranquility of the atmosphere, taking pictures with those giant ancient sculptures (about 1 hour).

15:30-17:00 Visit Dingling Tomb and Ming Tombs Museum. Dingling Tomb is the mausoleum of the 13th Emperor of the Ming Dynasty Wanli and his two empresses. Being the most exquisite of all 13 mausoleums, it cost more than 8 million tales of silver, equaling two years of landed taxes for the whole country to build it. The museum houses an extensive collection of imperial artifacts, including pottery, jade, stone carvings, and other historical relics unearthed from Dingling Tomb.  Here you can learn about the construction of the tombs, the story of the Ming emperor and his family, and the culture and customs of the Ming Dynasty (about 1.5 hours).
